Peripheral Vascular Disease fo Critical limb Ischemia

Critical limb ischaemia (CLI) secondary to arterial blockage causing compromise of vascular supply to lower limb, usually requires Multidisciplinary and Team approach to treat them urgently to salvage the limb, especially where gangrene is setting up. Usually these patients have advanced atherosclerotic disease in the background of chronic renal disease or diabetes making them very difficult for treatment. At times a multipronged approach required for revascularization of the limbs (both ante and retrograde approaches ), only possible by Interventional Radiology Methods.
